As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, Limestone Coast Ability is committed to providing high-quality services that meet the unique needs and goals of our participants. We continuously strive to create a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive, gain confidence, and reach their full potential.

One of the key focuses of our program is to enhance life skills. We offer various workshops and sessions where individuals can develop important everyday skills such as cooking. Participants learn how to prepare nutritious meals, follow recipes, learn about safety in the kitchen and gain confidence in the kitchen.

Art and craft sessions are another great activity at Day Options. Our art studio provides a creative and inclusive environment for individuals to explore their artistic talents and express themselves through various mediums. These sessions encourage self-expression, boost self-esteem, and foster a sense of accomplishment.

At Limestone Coast Ability, we understand the therapeutic benefits of pets. Our pet therapy program allows participants to interact with animals, including birds, chickens, ducks, sheep, Guinea pigs, and bunnies. Spending time with these animals helps reduce stress, increase social interactions, and promote a sense of companionship.

Woodworking is a hands-on activity that allows individuals to develop practical skills and create beautiful items. Our large work shed provides a safe and supportive space for participants to learn woodworking techniques and complete projects that they can be proud of.

We believe in the importance of community engagement, which is why we organize regular community activities. Participants have the opportunity to socialize, participate in local events, and give back to their community. These activities help build social connections and enhance their sense of belonging.

Photography sessions provide an avenue for individuals to explore their creativity through a visual medium. Participants learn basic photography techniques, capture captivating images, and showcase their unique perspectives. This activity encourages self-expression and boosts confidence.

Drama and performance classes offer individuals the chance to explore their talents on stage. Participants engage in improvisation exercises, storytelling, and staging performances. These sessions promote self-confidence, teamwork, and creativity.

Our gardening program allows individuals to connect with nature and experience the therapeutic benefits of spending time outdoors. Participants have the opportunity to learn how to cultivate plants, maintain the gardens, and enjoy the beauty of nature. Gardening is known to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve physical fitness.

Day Options also places importance on sports and health. We offer sports programs tailored to the abilities and interests of our participants. These activities not only promote physical fitness but also boost self-confidence, improve coordination, and encourage team spirit.

Music sessions provide a platform for individuals to explore their musical talents. Participants can learn to play musical instruments, sing, and engage in music therapy sessions. Music has been shown to enhance mood, improve cognitive skills, and promote self-expression.
