Our short-term accommodation property is set on three acres just five minutes from the city centre of Mount Gambier SA.
With the newly renovated house, Roseville will not disappoint on what it has to offer. Three large bedrooms all with double beds (electric beds available when needed) and large modern living areas with room to move have all been tastefully styled providing a normal home setting inviting a relaxed and sociable learning environment. Roseville accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a fully accessible bathroom. The large undercover pergola allows for activities in all weather and has a lovely view of the enclosed backyard and beyond.

Security and safety for your loved one has been thought of and meets the standard of the Disability Code for Respite Houses. There is CCTV and security system, as well as video doorbells with Live views so staff are able to see who is at the door before answering it. Roseville is also set back off the road ensuring privacy for anyone staying.
The property boasts extensive gardens with a huge variety of flowers, shrubbery, and trees which attracts abundant birdlife and is perfect to enjoy a wander through or just sit and relax. At the rear of the property, there is an enclosed backyard with a majestic Paulowia tree, visually impressive, and provides lovely shade. An accessible path from the rear of the house to the large sheds, allows you to walk / wheelchair past two aviaries, through the back gardens and veggie patch, and past the orchard which boasts over 35 fruit trees, plenty of fresh produce, when in season, for your stay.
‘Roseville’ also has some resident animals, with a couple of ducks, Isa brown chickens, as well as some pet sheep ‘Bam Bam, Pebbles, and Fred, all who like to know what’s going on.
The two sheds comprise one being a game and recreational center with an 8-ball table, table tennis, and foosball as well as a piano, and couches, a place to hang out with friends.
Respite has so many positives for the person staying. it is a great way for them to grow their independence, build new relationships and try new things.
